Hello and welcome to my e-Portfolio!

My name is Colin Hanke and I am working towards obtaining a secondary teaching license in both English/Language Arts and Social Studies at Minnesota State University, Mankato. After completing my teacher preparation program, I plan to teach in secondary schools and work on graduate school part-time so I can eventually serve as a K-12 school administrator or as university faculty.
My Mission Statement
My mission statement as a graduate of the Honors Program is to continue to grow both personally and professionally in the three competency areas: leadership, intercultural engagement, and research. Learning is a life-long process; therefore, my development in the competency areas does not end when my undergraduate program does.
